Esketit onboarded its first external loan originator

Esketit started offering mortgage loans from A24 Group, which operates two lending businesses in Latvia. Esketit will be listing loans from Aksioma24 which lends money to farmers and legal entities. The loans offer a 7% interest rate and a buyback guarantee. Whereas the interest will be paid every month, the loan principal will be returned to investors over a span of three years.
